Anup is Managing Partner of Creative Capital and is an investor and finance executive boomeranger.  His investing experience spans credit (Ares) to LBO and growth equity (Silver Lake Partners and 3i) to early stage (Atomic, Studio).

His operating experience began with being the second finance hire at MasterClass, helping build out the team and raise an $85m Series D and then moving onto PAX Labs, where he led the finance team, the company's $420m equity raise, and preparing it to go public.  He also led the finance team at Thistle and the company's Series B equity raise along with its debt financing.

Anup graduated with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and BS and Masters degrees in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley with minors in astrophysics and philosophy.

He loves talking “nerdy” (mechanical movements in watches, space) and spending time in the mountains and oceans.
